A True Spanish Rapier
The Cuphilt Spanish Cazoleta was developed in Spain in the 16th century for use by the gentry class. In the 17th century less "fancy" versions were used by the military starting with the Thirty Years War (1618-48)
This is a true replica of one of the original cup hilt rapiers designed in Spain.
Solid Brass hilt. Excellent balance and feel. A true swordsman's blade.
